Any Pokemon/marketing people out there, may like to explain how this could potentially be used in detail to the benefit of owners and managers, local associations etc and the mechanics of Pokemon hunting.

Another thing you could do: Offer discounts or promotions to those who are able to catch certain types of Pokemon while staying at your home. Although it wouldn't necessarily work with vacation rentals, I've also seen small businesses encourage Pokemon Go players to shop by offering charging stations or portable chargers.

Definitely! We've prepared a guide on how vacation rental owners could use the Pokémon app to attract potential customers: http://bit.ly/PGvros

This is great!! Mind if I share from the Rented.com social accounts?

Airbnb should at LEAST make a new suitability check box called "Pokemon friendly". Would a good marketing ploy, with all the press they'd get and what not.

True! Yelp already has a "PokeStop Nearby" checkbox that business owners can use.

That's a great idea! Booking.com already has that option for their destination reviews.
