In my opinion, pricing for home-sharing will be a big factor. They'll need to adopt C2C model like Xiaozhu and offer something different to attract Chinese hosts. Chinese market is totally different w.r.t rest of the world.

Offering renovation services to get quality home listings is really interesting... Airbnb will have to go back to it's routes (for example, taking photos for their hosts in the early days because the quality wasn't good).
