As Professional Hosts we are hyper aware of the impact our Brand has on the traveler. We understand that traveler is looking for our Brand and not interested in paying $100's to $1000's in traveler fees on their already tight budgets. Agreed, the inquiry button is the one method owners/managers have at getting the all important guest data. It reduces the chance of direct repeat bookings - something OTAs obviously don't want.
