Most buildings have always had restrictions in their superior lease that outlaw short lets under 90 nights. It is completely normal in London. From time to time we loose a flat because the managing agent has decided to enforce the clause. Usually because a neighbour has brought it to their attention.

Looks like apartments and new builds will have a restrictions on doing "short term lets" is the future?
