The most important thing is to identify your target market and tailor your listing to them. This means adapting your language and tone and choosing which property specs to highlight. If you have a loft apartment in New York, Berlin, or Paris for example, your target demographic will most likely be young people looking for authentic experiences. They want location, some basic amenities, and access to cultural aspects and local events within the city.

With that in mind, don’t be overly formal, simply highlight the great location and what your apartment has to offer. This kind of demographic doesn’t want the hard sell - just say where it is and what makes it unique.
