Introducing: booking requests Hi, When a traveller wants to book your rental, they can now submit a booking request. They enter their payment details and we pre-authorise the payment - it’s only processed when you click Accept. • You can accept, decline or reply to booking requests (you must do one of these within 24 hours) • You need to accept above 50% of booking requests. If you accept less than 50%, your listing may be suspended. A quick recap of how travellers can book your property:

Either send a quote to allow them to book or simply respond to their query.
