I agree that OTAs have their place - but for established owners/managers, it's worth reviewing how reliant you are on them for your business. The long-term view should definitely be driving toward direct bookings; looking at OTAs as a channel for acquiring new customers, then switching them to direct-bookers when they want to stay again.
