Joining an impressive roster of business, hospitality and asset management professionals are three additions to the leadership team: Ryan Jones as Vice President of Sales, Jennifer Frayser as Head of Vacation Sales and Zachary Sennett as Colorado Regional Director of Operations.

Ryan Jones, Vice President of Sales: In charge of portfolio growth, Jones brings a strong track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies for two-sided marketplace organizations. He is recognized as a leader in implementing solution selling within start-ups, as well as building new channels, and has shepherded over $1 billion in revenue in worldwide sales throughout his career. Most recently, Jones worked at HouseCall Pro, an award-winning mobile software for home service professionals, where he grew the business from $60,000 to over $10 million in annual revenue in just over two years. A British-born entrepreneur, Jones has relocated from California to Colorado to join InvitedHome.

Jennifer Frayser, Head of Vacation Sales. Tasked with guiding InvitedHome’s centralized reservations team, Frayser joins from Nordstrom Bank, where she led the organization’s training, quality assurance and customer satisfaction programs. Her 15-year tenure with Nordstrom included driving improvements in the customer experience, bettering service delivery, leading the Colorado Customer Care team, and organizing training and development.

Zachary Sennett, Colorado Regional Director of Operations: Charged with overseeing all operational elements pertaining to the traveler and homeowner experience, Sennett manages InvitedHome’s work in Breckenridge, Telluride, Vail, Beaver Creek and Steamboat, Colorado. Sennett’s professional journey in hospitality began over 20 years ago and has included posts with renowned operators such as White Lodging, Sage Hospitality and most recently, Inspirato, as senior hospitality operations manager.

These appointments follow other notable hires for InvitedHome, including Head of Revenue Owen Miller, formerly with Frontier Airlines; Vice President of Operations Chris Sewell, previously with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Exclusive Resorts; and Chief Marketing Officer Wendy Purvey, who hails from Sotheby’s International Realty.
